Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless ticketing insurance is purchased via the See Tickets website. You can add tickets to your booking or change the date of your visit in the See Tickets Customer Service portal.

How to re-book or get a refund in the event of a cancellation by Hatfield Park
- If a visit to Hatfield Park is cancelled, customers will receive an SMS and email from SEE Tickets from 10am onwards on the day of the event to inform them of the cancellation.
- Following this, SEE tickets will contact customers to outline the options available to them.
